Two antique Dutch plaid triangles. Commonly used on Dutch native costumes. Cotton. Probably dates from the early 1900's. Photos are a good representation of actual color and condition.
Measurments
Triangle shapes
One piece is black with a marigold and white pinstripe. Measures 38 cm across the widest points x 18 cm from long straight side to triangle point.
The other piece is black with stripes in green, rose , white and purple. Measures 45 cm across the widest points x 21 cm from long straight side to triangle point. This piece has a monogram at the triangle point.
Condition
Both in good condition with no damage or discoloration. Two of the sides on each piece have been hemmed. The long side has a raw edge.
