Antique Dutch plaid necktie. Commonly used on Dutch native costumes.  I believe this is linen. Probably dates from the early 1900's.  Possibly earlier. A monogram at the points. Nice quality.  Photos are a good representation of actual color and condition.

 Measures 71 cm across the widest points x 15.5 cm from long straight to other shorter straight side. 
 
Condition
 
Good condition but does have a couple of small pinholes done the middle.  Sides have been hemmed except the top (which is ussualy folded inside so you not see the reaw edge)
