An early to mid 1800's French cotton block print border. Cotton.  Across the middle depicting a long swag of florals, leaves and wheat stock, bows and ornate tassels. Inidienne design Borders with small florals and leaves wrapped around what looks like a stylized ribbon or rope. 
 
Stunning color combinations in natural reds, brown, pink, light blue and mustard against a white background.

Left in as found condition. 
 
Distressed with small holes and a few areas of design missing. Small pieces in some of the design missing. Border along one side in very good condition.  No stains. Colors are good, strong and consistant. Fabric has not been laundered but has a clean appearance.
