An early to mid 1800's French cotton block print border. Cotton.  Across the middle depicting a long swag of florals, leaves and wheat stock, bows and ornate tassels. Inidienne design Borders with small florals and leaves wrapped around what looks like a stylized ribbon or rope. 
 
Stunning color combinations in natural reds, brown, pink, light blue and mustard against a white background. 
 
Full repeat but some missing pieces.

Left in as found condition. 
 
Distressed with some large holes and many small holes and a few areas of design missing. Border along one side in very good condition.  Border along other sides has a long split at the side. No stains. Colors are good, strong and consistant. Fabric has not been laundered but has a clean appearance.
