A 19th century French ikat. Cotton. Blue & white in color.

Condition
 
Good condition except for a couple of small holes towards each end. No stains. Colors are good strong and consistant. 
 
The fabric has been given a cold water soak to remove dust and dirst and then a light light laundering using those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents. 
 
It is our aim to preserve and protect the orginal colors of the fabric since many of our fabrics are being currently reproduced.
