A 19th century French cotton print fabric. Repeating pattern of abstract motifs with feathered edges. Somewhat ikat looking. Small circles in the backgrorudn. Colors are shades of terracotta agsinst a light beige and white background.

Condition
 
Distressed with splits in the fabric and thin areas.  No stains. Color are good and consistant. 
 
The fabric has been given a cold water soak to remove dust and dirst and then a light light laundering using those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents. 
 
It is our aim to preserve and protect the orginal colors of the fabric since many of our fabrics are being currently reproduced.
