A 19th century French cotton print fabric. Repeating medallion design with a blossom center in terracotta, black and yellow. Tiny garlands of leafy vines and flowers in between in matching colors. All against a beige background.

Condition
 
Heavily distressed with large and small holes as well as thin areas. Quilted at one time so you will see traces of quilt lines. No stains. Colors are good and even for the most part.  
 
The fabric has been given a cold water soak to remove dust and dirst and then a light light laundering using those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents. 
 
It is our aim to preserve and protect the orginal colors of the fabric since many of our fabrics are being currently reproduced.
