A 19th century French cotton print fabric. Tone on tone look with groups of florals, leaves and wheat stock in pink against a red background.

Ful repeat but there are missing parts.

Photos are a good representation of actual color and condition.

Measurements

From top to bottom

1 meter 5 cm

The width is

74 cm wide (still has the selvage at both sides)

Condition

Quilted at one time so you will see traces of quilt lines. Some small holes along the top edge and down one selvage side. Two L shaped cuts around the center. Some thin areas but stable and suitable for sewing. Colors are good and even. No stains. Probably best suited for small projects.

The fabric has been given a cold water soak to remove dust and dirst and then a light light laundering using those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents.

It is our aim to preserve and protect the orginal colors of the fabric since many of our fabrics are being currently reproduced.
