An 19th century French cotton print toile. Pretty design depicting small birds, florals and leaves. Colors are golden olive, shades of red, shades of prink and a bit of lavender. All aginst a beige background.

Odd L shaped piece. Top part is a rectangle measureing

Long piece down the left hand side measures

The width varies 16 cm at the widest and 10 cm at the narrowest. 
 
Condition
 
Distressed with some large holes and small holes throughout. Only some good small areas without damage. 
 
The fabric has been given a cold water wash  using those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents to remove built up dust and dirt but still shows some age spots in the background. The narrow piece has some larger and darker stains. 
 
We try to delivery a clean and pressed product when possible but take care to preserve the color and integretity of the fabric.
