A 19th century French printed cotton fabric. Depcting flroals and leaves in shades of red to pink, turquoise and shades and light brown against a brown background.

Condition
 
Quilted at one time so you will see traces of quilt lines. Some larger holes along top edge and down one side. One hole bottom right hand corner. A few other small holes and thin areas here and there but good size pieces still in good condition without damage. Variation in background color due to quilting and age. 
 
The fabric has been given a very long cold water soak to remove dust and dirt and then a gentle wash in cold water with those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents. 
 
It is our aim to deliver and clean and pressed product when possible but take great care to preserve the original color and the integretity of the fabric.
