A 19th century French cotton roll print fabric. Great design of dome shaped blossoms with strands of smaller blossoms along the bottom edges. Tiny dot background Colors are a rusty brown, tan and off white.

*actually two pieces of the same fabric hand seamed  together. You will see original selvage at the seam. Seam runs from top to bottom. Seam is 19 cm in from right hand side. 

Condition
 
Heavily distressed with many large and small holes throughout as well as many thin areas throughout. Some missing pieces. Top part of the fabric is in better condition with full motifs present. Colors vary slightly due to age and use. 
 
The fabric has been given a cold water soak to remove dust and dirst and then a light light laundering using those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents. 
 
It is our aim to preserve and protect the orginal colors of the fabric since many of our fabrics are being currently reproduced.
