Simple but sweet and a lot of detail in this 19th century French cotton block print fabric. Repeating florals with tiny leafy stems. 
 
Colors rosy pink to light pink with a veyr light beige background.

Condition
 
An old darned repair at the upper left hand corner in a yellow silk thread. A couple of very small light marks nothing major and may come up with a deeper cleaning if desired.  A few tiny thin spots which can only be seen when held up to the light. 
 
Colors vary slightly due to age and use but have a consitant look overall. 
 
The fabric has been given a cold water soak to remove dust and dirst and then a light light laundering using those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents. 
 
It is our aim to preserve and protect the orginal colors of the fabric since many of our fabrics are being currently reproduced.
