This 19th century French bois dore element. Wood with plaster and paint overlay. Base color dark brownish gold with highlights in a lighter gold. Depicts a bit of a scroll at the bottom and a stemmed flower at the top.

Overall good condition w=. A few tiny white paint drops that can be removed. A piece at the bottom exposing the wood. Bigger chip at bottom edge. Other minor chips and missing paint mostly at the edges.
