A 19th century French cotton roll print fabric. Great design of basket with florals and leaves that alternate with large medallion shapes. Colros are shades of madder red and creme with an indigo blue background.

Condition
 
Distressed with several small holes, one larger hole at the side and thin area at the top half of the fabric. Bottom half of the fabric is in better condition without damage. Quilted at one time so you will see traces of quilt lines. 
 
Colors are good strong and even. No stains. 
 
The fabric has been given a cold water soak to remove dust and dirst and then a light light laundering using those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents. 
 
It is our aim to preserve and protect the orginal colors of the fabric since many of our fabrics are being currently reproduced.
