An early 1800's French cotton block print border. Probably Oberkampf who did several variations of this design. Repeating patterrn of stylized blossoms. leaves and scroll work. 
 
Colors are madder red with a mustard background;

1 meter 18.5 cm in length x 9 cm wide 
 
Width measurement of only the design. Add another 1 cm to each side for the mustard yellow fabric at the edge. 
 
Condiion
 
Left in as found condition and not laundered: Fabic has a very clean looking appearance. No stains.
 
No damage. Colors are strong and consistant. ​​​​​​​
 
You may want to give a cold water soak and wash to remove any dust and to freshen up.
