Measurements

From top to botttom

1 meter 31 cm

The width is

78.5 cm (still has the selvage at both sides)

Condition

The fabric was made into a curtain at one time. Motifs are strong and even in color. Background color was probably an even medium mustard color at one time which can be seen at the selvage but has lighted with time. No stains.

Top half of the fabric show 5 breaks two of which are next to each other and two tiny pinholes. Bottom half of the fabric in good condition.

The fabric has been given a long cold water soak to remove dust and dirt and a cold water wash using those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents.

It is our aim to preserve the color and integretity of the fabric since many of our fabrics are being reproduced.
