A 19th century  French cotton roll/block print.  Repeating design of florals and blossoms with a geometric bacground. Color are natrual brownish red, terracotta, red, a bit of blue and a bit of yellow with a beige background.

Condition
 
Heavily distressed with a few larger and many smaller holes throughout as well as many thin areas.  Colors fairly slightly due to age and use. Heavily quilted at one time so you will quilt lines. Distressed look does have an even appearance. 
 
No stains. 
 
The fabric has been given a cold water soak to remove dust and dirst and then a light light laundering using those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents. 
 
It is our aim to preserve and protect the orginal colors of the fabric since many of our fabrics are being currently reproduced.
