A  19th century French cotton print fabric. Repeating pasiley and floral design with an indienne style influence.

Measurements
 
2 meters 49 cm in length x 23 cm wide
 
*actually 5 pieces of the same fabric hand stitched together with small piece of another paisley fabric at one end dating from the same period. 
 
Condition
 
Distressed with many large and small holes as well as thin areas throughout. 
 
No stains. Colors are strong and consistant. 
 
The fabric has been given a cold water soak to remove dust and dirst and then a light light laundering using those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents. 
 
It is our aim to preserve and protect the orginal colors of the fabric since many of our fabrics are being currently reproduced.
