Two different 19th century  French cotton print fabrics. Both pieces have a block motif. Larger piece in mustard and beige with a stylized leaf design the other piece in light brown and tan with a simple dot design.

The entire piece measreus 
 
31.5 cm x 22 cm at the widest points
 
*please note that the mustard colored piece is actually two pieces of the same fabric hand seamed together. 

Condition
 
A split in in the fabric on the mustard piece towards the bottom. The light brown piece has a couple of small holes. Colors are good, strong and even. No stains. 
 
The fabric has been given a cold water soak to remove dust and dirst and then a light light laundering using those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents. 
 
It is our aim to preserve and protect the orginal colors of the fabric since many of our fabrics are being currently reproduced.
