A 19th century French cotton print fabric. Depicting long narrow branches that alternate with motifs of ikat. Red in color with a white background.

Condition
 
Other than removing the fabric from a quilt fragment and removing loose quilting threads left in "as found" condition. The fabric has not been laundered. 
 
Distressed with some larger holes, many small holes and thin areas throughout. . Background white color is heavily soiled from age, use and quilting.
