A 19th century French cotton block print fabric. Repeating motif of a strawberry on a stem framed by lattice work and tiny dots in the background. 
 
Colors are light red and tan with a creme colored background. 
 
Full repeat.

Condition
 
Overall good condition with the majority of the fabric useable. There are though to very large brown stains just to one side of the center. A few small holes in the stains and a few small holes here and there. Larger areas in good condition without damage. 
 
Colors are strong and even. 
 
The fabric has been given a cold water soak to remove dust and dirst and then a light light laundering using those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents. 
 
It is our aim to preserve and protect the orginal colors of the fabric since many of our fabrics are being currently reproduced.
