A 19th century French cotton block print fabric. Repeating motif of a strawberry on a stem framed by lattice work and tiny dots in the background. 
 
Colors are light red and tan with a creme colored background.

Condition
 
Overall good condition but a very large brown stain just off of the center. One dark small stain at one corner. Some tiny holes at one end. Most of the fabric in good useable condition. 
 
Colors are strong and even. No stains. 
 
The fabric has been given a cold water soak to remove dust and dirst and then a light light laundering using those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents. 
 
It is our aim to preserve and protect the orginal colors of the fabric since many of our fabrics are being currently reproduced.
