A 19th century French cotton provencal print fabric. Repeating banads of paisley design with small florals and leaves throughout. Colors are rosy red, shades of pink, lavender and white against a light blue background.

Condition
 
Distressed with many large holes and many, many small holes and thin areas throughout.  Colors are strong and consistant for the most part but show slight variaitons due to age, use and quilting. You will see quilt traces of quilt lines. 
 
The fabric has been given a cold water soak to remove dust and dirst and then a light light laundering using those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents. 
 
It is our aim to preserve and protect the orginal colors of the fabric since many of our fabrics are being currently reproduced.
