A 19th century French quilt fragment.  Cotton. Fabrics front and back. 
 
Front fabric a print of leafy branches and small blossoms natural red white and accents in black with a terracotta colored background. 
 
Back fabric a roll print of blossoms and leaves in rosy red, shades, shades of brown and creme.
 
A band of red fabric with a black pinstripe has been hand stitched to one edge which could easily be removed. 
 
Photos are a good representation of actual color and condition.

54 cm in length x 18 cm wide. 
 
Condition 
 
Front fabric in very good condition. 
 
Back fabrics has a couple of small holes. 
 
No stains. Good clean appearance. Colors are strong and even.
