Measurements

From top to bottom

1 meter 25 cm

The width is

83 cm (still has the selvage at both sides).

Condition

Mostly good condition. Two medium size holes towards the bottom.A line of small holes at bottom edge. A very pinholes here and there and a few areas of thinning which can be seen when held up to the light.  Lightly quilted at one time so you will see light traces of quilt lines.

Colors are good strong and even. Background color still shows some light aging which would probably lift with a deeper cleaning if desired.

The fabric has been given a cold water soak to remove dust and dirst and then a light light laundering using those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents.

It is our aim to preserve and protect the orginal colors of the fabric since many of our fabrics are being currently reproduced.
