A 19th century French cotton block print fabric. Stylized florals and leaves in light brown, whtie and beige with picotage work. All agains a light indigo blue background. Has a slight batik look to it.

Condition
 
Slightly distressed with many small holes runnng down the selvage side. A couple of other small holes and some thin areas. Colors are strong and consistant. No stains. 
 
The fabric has been given a cold water soak to remove dust and dirst and then a light light laundering using those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents. 
 
It is our aim to preserve and protect the orginal colors of the fabric since many of our fabrics are beng currently reproduced.
