Probably dating from the late 1800's or early 1900's this French boa. Made from black ostrich feather. At each end a long tassel with domed top and long black cotton strands accented with knotted strands of toggles around the sides.

Condition
 
Left in as found condition.
 
Probably used but still in very good condition. Feathers in excellent condition. Corded accents and toggels may have been covered with a black silk thread at one time but has pretty much dissapeared with time. Strands could use a steaming to straighten.
