A 19th century French cotton print fabric. Repeating large motifs of bouquets of florals and leaves surrounded by ribbons and bows.  A very ligth stemmed floral with leaves and a bow at the base apprears in the backgound. Medium weight. 
 
Colors are light red, pink, green and a bit of brown with a ligh creme colored background.

Top half of the fabric is in good condition. You can see that the bottom half has a large hole and two smaller holes, 
 
Colors are strong and even. No obvious stains. 
 
The fabric has been given a long cold water soak and a long cold water wash to remove dust and dirt with those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents. 
 
It is out aim to protect the color and integretity of our fabrics since many of them are being reproduced.
