A  lot of 3 pieces of 19th century French toile du jouy. Cotton. Depicting birds; scroll work and garlands of small florals and leaves. 
 
Colors are shades of grey to off white with a blue background.

Condition
 
The two smaller pieces in good condition without damage or stains. 
 
The larger piece some splits, a couple of larger holes and smaller holes especially towards the bottom of the fabric. Best suited for only small projects. 
 
All three pieces light quilted at one time. Colors strong and consistant for the most part except the background color which shows slight variations due to age and use. 
 
The fabrics havr been given a long cold water soak to removed dust and dirt using those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents. 
 
It is our aim to preserve the color and the integrety of the fabrics since many of our fabrics are being reproduced.
