A lot of four pieces late 1700's early 1800's French siamoise block print fabrics. Depicting stylized blossoms, leaves and fruit with a partial flying insect on three pieces. 
 
Colors are madder red and black. Natural light linen background.

Condiion
 
One piece with a large tear. One piece with a largish hole and tiny holes. Othe two pieces in good condition. 
 
Colors are strong and even. No stains.
 
The fabric has been given a long cold water soak to remove dust and dirt and a cold water wash using those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents.
 
It is our aim to preserve the color and integretity of the fabric since many of our fabrics are being reproduced.
