A lot of four pieces late 1700's early 1800's French siamoise block print fabrics. Depicting stylized blossoms and leaves. 
 
Colors are madder red and black. Natural light linen background.
 
Photos are a good indication of actual color and condition.

17 x 33.5 cm
5.5 x 12 cm (still has the selvage at one side widens to 22 cm at oppostie end)
40 x 7.5 cm (widens to 18 cm at opposite end)
 
Condiion
 
Piece with selvage in good condition. One has a bit out of the side a small hole and a couple of thin areas. The other piece has several small holes. 
 
Colors are strong and even. No stains.
 
The fabric has been given a long cold water soak to remove dust and dirt and a cold water wash using those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents.
 
It is our aim to preserve the color and integretity of the fabric since many of our fabrics are being reproduced.
