Measurements

 

Each piece measures 

 

43 x 10 cm 

48 x 26 cm (actuall three pieces of the same fabric hand seamed together)

 

and a large L shaped piece which measures 

 

91 cm in length x 19.5 cm wide at the narrowest points and 42 cm wide at the widest points. (actually two pieces of the same fabric hand seamed together. 

 

Condition

 

The larger L shaped piece is in good condition with only a couple of tiny pinholes. Colors are strong and consistant. 

 

The smallest piece has only a couple of tiny holes at one end.

 

The other piece is heavier distressed with a large split, several small holes and thin areas as well as some variation in color. 

 

The fabric has been given a cold water soak to remove dust and dirst and then a light light laundering using those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents. 

 

It is our aim to preserve and protect the orginal colors of the fabric since many of our fabrics are being currently reproduced.
