A pair of early 1900's French  stockings. Cotton. Light brown  in color. Stitched monogram label on the inside top edge with the letters AC.

Condition
 
Used. With notabe old darned repairs in the heels and toes of one stocking and darned repairs in the heel of the other stocking. In addition, a couple of small holes in both stocking.  For the rest in good condition with consistant color. 
 
Other than giving the socks a long cold water soak and a long cold water wash wash the socks have been left in as found condition.
