Playful design in this 19th century French cotton block/roll print fabric. Bands of small pebbles that alternate with bands of squiggly lines with a stylized leaf block print Colors are red, light blue, lavender, light green and aubergine against a beige background.

Condition
 
Some large holes many small holes and some thin areas. A light stain at one side which would probably lift with a deeper cleaning if desired.  Quilted at one time so you will see traces of quilt lines. Colors are strong and consistant. No stains. 
 
The fabric has been given a cold water soak to remove dust and dirst and then a light light laundering using those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents. 
 
It is our aim to preserve and protect the orginal colors of the fabric since many of our fabrics are being currently reproduced.
