Measurements

48 cm

The width across is

43 cm (still has the selvage at one side)

Condition

Very distressed with two larger holes and many small holes here and there throughout with many thin areas. Quilted at one time so you will see light traces of quilt lines. Background color has aged and will show slight varitions in color with some age spots which may come up with a deeper cleaning if desired.

Colors of the motifs are still good, strong and even.

The fabric has been given a cold water soak to remove dust and dirst and then a light light laundering using those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents.

It is our aim to preserve and protect the orginal colors of the fabric since many of our fabrics are being currently reproduced.
