An early 1900's Chinese em!broidererd panel. All hand done. Silk on silk. Depicts figures, butterflies, flowering branches, pagoda and fencing.
 
Photos are a good indication of actual color and condition. Base color of silk is ivory.

Condiion
 
Left in as found condition.
 
The embroideries are in excellent condition except for a tiny bit of thread missing on the straight line surrounding the motifs. Nothing major. A few very faint blueish marks in the background. Nothing major.  Lines of soiling where the panel had been folded.
 
Silk is good and strong with no damage or splits.
