Antique Banjara Gujarati Rabari Kutch pelmet. All hand embroidetred in silk thread. Dates from the early 1900's. They are used to decorate doorways especially at wedding festivities. Two "L" shaped pieces .Depicts birds and flowers and geometric motifs. Edges finished off with a rich antique red fabric. Very decorative. Photos are a good represenation of actual color.

Condition
Used but still in good condition. The only thing to note is that on one of the panels you will see a few very light stains due to age . Embroidery is in very good condition.
