Antique Dutch chintz bauwen. Part of the traditional wear in the city of " Marken " in Holland. Beautiful floral and birds design against a black ground. Dates from the mid 1800's. Machine stiched edges. Still shows someglaze . Good strong colors. Original selvedge at one side. Photos are a good representation of actual color and condition.
