Antique Dutch  chintz bauwen. Part of the traditional wear in the city of " Marken " in Holland.Indienne design. Beautiful floral design against light brown ground. Dates from the mid 1800's. Hand stiched edges.  Good strong colors. Still shows glaze. Antique red plaid added to the bottom.
