Probably a late 1800's early 1900's Dutch lace bonnet. South Holland, possibly Brabant. Cotton. Appears to be hand made lace and hand embroidered. All on a tulle netting. Linen ties at the back of the bonnet underneath side.

Left in "as found" condition
The bonnet has probably yellowed in color over time. Color is even. There is one tiny break in the tulle at one side toward the top of the bonnet and another small break in the tulle at one edge.
