Part of a large collection that we recently required.
Very pretty design in this antique French lace. Cotton. Off white. Repeating leaf and berry pattern. I'm not a lace expert but believe it is probably machine made. Dating from the late 1800's early 1900's. Finely woven. Overall photo give the best impression of the way the lace looks in person. Close up photos are enlarged to show details.
Photos are a good representation of actual color and condition.
Measurements
1 mter 4 cm in length
3.8 cm wide (from top to bottom of scalloped edge).
Condition
Good condition without damage. there is a seam in the lace and some slight yellowing in a couple of spots but should lift with a good soaking.
Left in "as found" condition.
