Probably a early 1900's French linen sack. Stamped with the letter "M" on one side. A navy blue stripe along each side. One on the front and one on the back opposite side.  Dark natural linen color,

Overall very good condition with no damage. There are a few dark marks and a couple of light stains. One darker mark at the bottom. Color is good and even for the most part. 
 
Could use a good soaking to freshen up.
