Part of a large collection of antique French silk ribbon samples we bought some time ago.
 
Dating from the late 1800's early 1900's. This sample has a woven basket weave of thicker silk threads in shades of red. 
 
Photos are a good representation of actual color and condition.

Old stock. Excellent unused condition. The only thing to note is some glue spots at the back where the ribbon was once attached to a book.
