Part of a large collection of antique French silk ribbon samples we bought some time ago.
 
Dating from the late 1800's early 1900's. Repeating pattern of florals and a leaves on stems. Base is a beautifully woven silk with textured design.  Florals, leaves and stems all woven with a silk thread.

Old stock. Excellent unused condition. The only thing to note is a couple of tiny age spots. Nothing major and what you would expect on an item of this age.
