Antique jabbot. Hand made in the Northern province of Holland known as Friesland. Probably made for traditiaonal dress. Base  materail is a silk brocad embellished with silk vestment trims and black velvet ribbon. Hook and eye closures together with a large clip button on the straps holds the jabbot in place. Nice quality.  Photos are a good representation of actual color and condition.
