Well developed patina on these antique gold metallic appliques. French in origin. Date from the early 1900's. Dark gold metallic threads woven around a black cotton base. Blossom in the center with scrolled leaves around the sides. Photos are a good representation of actual color and condition.

Used but still in good condition. The only thing to note is that you might see a break in the threads in a couple of small places but nothing major and won't be a problem when stitched to fabric.
