Probably dating from the mid 1900's possibly earlier a very large and decorative French communion bow with pouch. Made from a wide antique white moire ribbon. I believe the material is rayon. Large bow at the top with long lengths of ribbon underneath. At the ends of the ribbon decorative fringes. The bow comes with an attached pouch  made from ribbon, pleated ribbons and lace. There is a long ribbon strap along at the back so the ribbon can be worn around the waist. 
 
All hand made.

Condition
 
Left in as found condition.
 
Overall very good condition with no damage. Good clean appearance. The only thing to note is a few tiny very light age spots. On the ribbon. There are some some light stains spots at the tops of the tassels at one side but would probably lift with a good soaking if desired. 
 
The pouch has some hanging wooden bobbles which were silk wrapped at one time but now missing thread.
