Probably dating from the mid 1900's possibly earlier. Made from an antique white ribbed ribbon with a moire pattern. Bow at the top with  decorative fringes at the bottom.

Overall very good condition with no damage. Good clean appearance. The only thing to note is two tiny age spots. Nothing major.
