Probably dating from the mid 1900's possibly early a very large and decorative French communion bow. Made from a wide antique white moire ribbon. I believe the material is rayon. Large bow at the top with long lengths of ribbon underneath. At the ends of the ribbon decorative fringes. 
 
All hand made.
