Vintage blue & white cotton French mattresscover. Ticking fabric with a combination of wide and narrow stripes. Heavier weigh and suitable for soft furnishings as well as upholstery work.

*same fabric on both sides so if you decided to take the matras cover apart you will have double the amount of fabric. 
 
Condition
 
Left in "as found" condition. Overall clean appearance with no obvious stains but there is some light soilig. Tiny bit of wear in a couple of small spot right at the edges. Nothing major. I saw one tiny pinhole. Large piece possible a a couple of others but didn't see any. Oddly that it just has a small opening at one side so maybe a blanket was used on the inside at one time. 
 
Colors are strong and consistant. 
 
Whenever we buy old ticking fabrics we try to choose the old fabrics that are good and strong and will last for years to come.
